Aughra's Orrery
“Suns! Moons! Stars! Yes!...The angle of eternity!”
Inside Aughra's observatory there stood a giant mechanism called an Orrery. It consisted of metal representations of heavenly bodies of Thra's solar system and their respective positions and movements. Aughra used it to make predictions about future celestial occurrences, especially the time of the Great Conjunction. The machine was so large that she (and visitors) must regularly duck to avoid being struck by a particularly large beam that revolves around it.
The orrery was short circuited and destroyed by the Garthim when they destroyed Aughra's observatory. The orrery was the most difficult prop constructed by Henson's crew, but it is 100% real and working. No CGI.
